Advertising Reimagined

The Beet Retreat, one of advertising’s premiere executive gatherings for the vanguards of media, returns to the Troutbeck Estate Resort July 27-29, 2026.

The immersive three-day retreat will feature intimate, high-level conversations on the rapidly changing advertising landscape in a relaxing, countryside setting that encourages the sharing of business intelligence and the forging of new professional relationships.

Topics will include:

Agentic Media and the Automation Shift – How AI-driven buying is changing planning, optimization, and the role of human decision-making.

Commerce Media Everywhere – The expansion of commerce and retail media into a full-funnel, cross-channel force reshaping budgets and partnerships.

CTV’s Premium Reckoning – As dollars flood into CTV, the tension grows between maintaining a high-quality viewing experience and delivering the targeting, measurement, and outcomes marketers now expect.

Identity, Data and the Power Shift – Why first-party data is becoming the core currency, and how brands and platforms are rebuilding around it.

Outcomes Over Everything – The move from impressions to impact, as marketers demand measurable business results across every channel.

The Retreat is limited to 150 attendees.

For more information about the experience at our summer Beet Retreat, please see our agenda, coverage and video highlights from Beet Retreat Berkshires 2025.

Invitation & Ticket Pricing

The group is limited to 150 attendees. Guests and speakers are carefully curated. The registration fee to attend is $5,500.

Lodging & Travel

Beet.TV recommends Troutbeck, Sharon Country Inn, and Interlaken Inn as the three primary lodging options in the area for the Beet Retreat Berkshires. Troutbeck is the main event venue. Please note that each property has a limited number of rooms, and all reservations must be made on your own by calling the property.

Due to the limited rooms at each property, please see our complete list of suggested lodging options here, all located roughly 5–20 minutes from Troutbeck. You can also find many Airbnb and Vrbo rentals in the areas of Lakeville, NY; Amenia, NY; and Salisbury, CT.

Transportation is strongly recommended to get around.  There are no Ubers in the area.  A hired car can be booked through Morning Star Car Service by calling (845)493-0211.  In addition, Beet.TV will have a bus that departs from Manhattan on Monday, July 27 at 10 am, and returns on Wednesday, July 29 at 2 pm.  Shuttles will also be offered between the various properties for those that require transportation.  Please make sure to sign up if needed when you register.
