The Beet Retreat, one of advertising’s premiere executive gatherings for the vanguards of media, returns to the Troutbeck Estate Resort July 27-29, 2026.
The immersive three-day retreat will feature intimate, high-level conversations on the rapidly changing advertising landscape in a relaxing, countryside setting that encourages the sharing of business intelligence and the forging of new professional relationships.
Topics will include:
Agentic Media and the Automation Shift – How AI-driven buying is changing planning, optimization, and the role of human decision-making.
Commerce Media Everywhere – The expansion of commerce and retail media into a full-funnel, cross-channel force reshaping budgets and partnerships.
CTV’s Premium Reckoning – As dollars flood into CTV, the tension grows between maintaining a high-quality viewing experience and delivering the targeting, measurement, and outcomes marketers now expect.
Identity, Data and the Power Shift – Why first-party data is becoming the core currency, and how brands and platforms are rebuilding around it.
Outcomes Over Everything – The move from impressions to impact, as marketers demand measurable business results across every channel.
The Retreat is limited to 120 attendees.

Invitation & Ticket Pricing
The group is limited to 120 attendees. Guests and speakers are carefully curated. The registration fee to attend is $5,500.
Lodging
Troutbeck is located in a bucolic setting on the boarder of New York and Connecticut. However, most Retreat attendees will stay at a range of historic Inns and B&B’s in the area due to the limited amount of rooms at Troutbeck. Exploring the area, and staying at these accommodations in the surrounding area, are what make the Beet Retreat Berkshires so special. Accommodations must be booked on your own. To assist you with your lodging needs, please find our suggested lodging properties HERE all located roughly 5 - 25 min away. Inventory is also limited at all, so we encourage you to book as early as possible. Please reference the Beet Retreat or Beet.TV when you book. If you have any questions, or require any assistance, please email events@beet.tv.
Transportation
Personal transportation is also strongly recommended to get around. There are no Ubers/taxi's in the area. A hired car can be booked through Morning Star Car Service by calling (845)493-0211. For those that do require transportation, Beet.TV will have a bus that departs from Manhattan on Monday, July 27 at 10 am from West 72nd Street and Riverside Drive, and returns on Wednesday, July 29 at 2 pm. Shuttles will also be offered between the various properties for those that request it, and for evening functions if preferred over driving. Please make sure to sign up if transporation is needed when you register.
