We will be working with a small group of sponsoring partners to develop our plans for the event – helping to set the industry’s agenda for the 2020’s. The partners will play a key role in helping to curate the event and develop the sessions, working with Beet to jointly create content and session formats. This includes programming, speaking opportunities, private pitch sessions, and real engagement with the industry.

The Theme

Our plan for the Santa Monica Retreat is to tackle some of the biggest challenges and opportunities facing the industry – exploring new solutions, different approaches and opportunities for collaborative action to help the industry move forward in the 2020s.

Along the way, we’ll also explore how changing consumer preferences and new service launches are transforming the TV and premium video marketplace, deep diving into the latest developments in streaming and OTT, data and audience targeting, measurement and attribution, and international opportunities.

We will explore related areas including the emergence of commerce,  shoppable video, and retail media networks. The pressing issue of sustainability will also be part of the conversations.

There are six sponsorship opportunities, with equal billing. These sponsorships will have enduring impact, beyond the event, through months and years of sharing of content which will continue to be associated with the sponsor. Moreover, the sponsorship provides a sort of “ownership” of the event in terms of programming input, speaker selection and very high impact visibility.

We expect there will be over 250,000 video views of the Retreat videos over the subsequent three months and at least one million impressions via marketing and social.
